 Is extra time required for "special" custom made items?

Yes, "special " custom hand~dyed items that are ordered, need and require extra time to be created! Please allow 2 extra weeks, after your order is placed for item to be made.

Will shades and tints of custom made items vary?

Yes, the color shades and tints will most certainly vary due to the custom~made color blends and also depending on whether the colors were created at the same time or not. In other words, it is impossible to get the same exact custom~made color each time for another same item, made later on ~ this is what makes each item created so unique!

Will returns be accepted for custom made items?

Sorry, but due to the fact that most of items offered are unique, custom~designed and hand~crafted, ALL returns will NOT be accepted for refunds. ALL sales are final.
