About The Designer   ~ About the Designer ~ I have always had a great love, fascination and appreciation for anything that is from the "Victorian Era" and anything that is "Vintage" ~ they are both "favorite" passions in my life. As a designer, my creative inspiration is influenced by many things from the past. All my accessories and home decor items are designed and created partly because of the attention to detail and the quality of what was made during the Victorian Era or during the past. Also, because of the artistry, skill, and craftsmanship, that went into products long ago. Great pride was taken in producing things that were not only functional, but exceptionally beautiful. The Victorian Era is my most favorite time period for creative inspiration because I believe it was a time that reflected romance, in just about everything ~ whether it was the dress attire, the social mannerisms of courtships and marriage proposals, the great appreciation for quality music, literature, poetry, arts & crafts, or the keeping up of a beautiful home, etc. ~ romance was reflected in some way or form, during the Victorian Era! As a designer, I try create unique items that have feminine "romantic" charm to them. I try to use only the highest quality materials available ~ this is to insure a "boutique"quality product. I custom hand~dye most of my fabric materials that go into my "special" one~of~kind creations!
